Ok, new registrations from Katja Töttler tel. 076 625 8836 and Christine Betremieux, who will both go by train. Meetup at the Treffpunkt at 0745 or on the platform at 0800, keep the mobile numbers to call, to meet Astrid from Bulle 079 220 83 65 and
Anand and Corina from Bern 076 585 6286 and Lily, Corinna, Enrica, perhaps others from Meetup.

In answer to a question: it will be cold at 3000m, 0 to 5 degrees, perhaps new snow. Better stay in the panorama restaurant and buy watches and chocolate.

You will need a jacket for the bridge walk and sturdy shoes for the glacier cave.

If you take the chairlift to the glacier park you can walk more, you will need hiking boots.

If the weather is bad and we are already there, there is lots to see in Lucerne. This includes the World Band Festival, with A Frank Sinatra concert from 1100-1330,

Media reports called it the "world's scariest bridge" and Switzerland Tourism called it "a high-adrenaline kind of new adventure". The ski resort spokesman claims that the bridge is "100 percent safe" and explains that it is "really impossible to fall from the bridge"
3,041 metres above sea-level. 500 metres off the ground. 150 heart-pounding steps. This is what awaits you on the TITLIS Cliff Walk, the spectacular suspension bridge high up on the summit. To cross the bridge, you'll need nerves as strong as the steel cables from which it hangs.

On arriving at the summit, the route leads you through an underground tunnel and on to the viewing platform at the south wall window. The suspension bridge stretches from here to the Ice Flyer glacier chair lift station. The TITLIS Cliff Walk is just one metre wide and 100 metres long. The views into the abyss below are breathtaking!

The TITLIS Cliff Walk holds the record for being the highest suspension bridge in Europe. Entry to the Cliff Walk is free of charge.

Please note: the suspension bridge will be closed in bad weather.
