Meet at the Treffpunkt at 10:30. Leave Berne at 10:44 on the special train. Arrive at 11:45

There is a special train leaving Berne at 10:17 and returning at 19:05 but this costs extra. Would someone like to find out more and put it in the comments?

  • 12h30 opening of the Nostalgie week  « Belle Epoque » in the center of the  village
  • 13h30 Grand Promenade « Belle Epoque » (in costume)
  • 14h00 exhibitions, curling and ice skating, bob sled race
  • 15h30 thé dansant at the hotel Belle Epoque Victoria (CHF 28)
  • 17h30 departure of the Nostalgie train (leave later on the normal trains)

Tuesday, 20 November, from 19:00
Meeting room, Bruder Klaus Church (tram 7 to Burgernziel)

There will be three talks, followed by a lively discussion. The themes cover mass media, from newspapers and television to social media.  We will discuss all aspects of misinformation, including “false facts” and “half-lies”, propaganda, politics and advertising.
