This month we will take a closer look at the national grape of Argentina. So please bring a bottle of pure Malbec. Most commonly you will find this grape from Mendosa in Argentina, but I am not limiting the area of origin, just the grape variety. Malbec can be found from France to Australia, so feel free to bring a bottle from anywhere and let's see if we can identify the characteristics of this typically big flavoured red. As usual please bring a snack to share.
Registration is required.

We have a new date. The postponed wine tasting (postponed due to illness) from last month will now take place on Friday 6 April. We already have a small group. So if any of you are available and would like to attend, please let me know. If anyone would like to attend, they should contact me sooner rather than later.
Topic: any wine from any country made from pure Malbec (most come from Argentina, but there are others). As usual bring a snack to share.
Tuesday, 20 November, from 19:00 Meeting room, Bruder Klaus Church (tram 7 to Burgernziel)
There will be three talks, followed by a lively discussion. The themes cover mass media, from newspapers and television to social media. We will discuss all aspects of misinformation, including “false facts” and “half-lies”, propaganda, politics and advertising.
