Nonviolent Communication (GfK) is a concept developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It enables people to deal with each other in such a way that the flow of communication leads to more trust and joy in life. The focus is not on getting other people to act, but on developing an appreciative relationship that enables more cooperation and shared creativity in living together and prevents violence in communication.
"Real freedom is to pause for a moment between stimulus and reaction, so that you can to control your own reaction" Rollo May
Nonviolent communication helps us to find this moment.
Nonviolent Communication (GfK) is a concept developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It should enable people to deal with each other in such a way that the flow of communication leads to more trust and joy in life. The focus is not on getting other people to act, but on developing a mutually appreciative relationship that enables more cooperation and shared creativity in living together and prevents the escalation to violence in communication.

Our May speaker Rodrigo follows the method of Wim Hof
The Superhuman World of Wim Hof: The Iceman
Wim Hof first caught the attention of scientists when he proved he was able to use meditation to stay submerged in ice for 1 hour and 53 minutes without his core body temperature changing. Since then, he’s climbed Mount Everest in his shorts, resisted altitude sickness, completed a marathon in the Namib Desert with no water and proven under a laboratory setting that he’s able to influence his autonomic nervous system and immune system at will.
